Key Responsibilities:
Set, drive and maintain clear and concise development plans and product development milestones for future growth. Provide clear metrics to measure ROI through effective tracking and status reports for all engineering projects. Help identify Key Strategic Objectives for company. Successfully merge Software Engineering and Program Management teams into one cohesive and united group. Interact daily with Sales and Product Management/ Marketing and Client Services to provide clear vision and roadmap. Design and implement the software development processes that will enable current teams to work more efficiently and grow by learning new skills and technologies. Continuously define and re-clarify customer needs as the industry matures. Strategize and prepare for future market needs with development of new products. Research new tools and processes to provide cutting edge development. Provide insight and direction for future expansion and recruitment of our current team
