One to One Interactive seeks an experienced marketing professional to join its growing cadre of Interactive Marketing Directors. This is a high growth position requiring entrepreneurial drive, strategic insight, excellent communication skills, knowledge of, and experience, with interactive marketing, and leadership talents. This position will report to the Vice President, Marketing Advisory Services (MAS), collaborating with the VP MAS on development of client-specific growth plans. The Director will also work with the firm’s business development team in the pursuit of strategic Fortune 500 clients, applying industry insight and strategic marketing skills to develop content to support business development activities. Financial Services marketing experience a plus.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in the Internet Marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a management capacity
• MBA or equivalent general business management experience strongly preferred
• Experience in marketing strategy definition and marketing program management

• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial track record
• Creative strategic thinker
• Team leadership skills and management experience
• Experience coordinating the contributions of diverse skills and disciplines to develop complex marketing campaigns
